Cancellation Policy
At Wildflower Esthetics Co., we value your business and your time. Because our services are specifically reserved for you, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Policy Details • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment will be processed at no charge. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service price. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive at your appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service total. At Wildflower Esthetics Co., we strive to provide the highest quality of care and results. Please note our policy regarding service refunds: • Services are Non-Refundable: All skincare treatments and aesthetic services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. • Our Satisfaction Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your results or experience an unexpected reaction, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary follow-up consultation or touch-up to address your concerns. • Packages and Pre-paid Services: All pre-paid service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
